I booked for airtel boradband connection and paid **** , in advance for three months,, but i have to relocate,, so transfer of broadband was to be fixed but they simply denied the sevies after the location confirmation,, same day i have canceled the bradband services billing so that i won't be charged ,, i was left with **** credit which was supposed to be refunded,,, but they explain me first after ** days refund will be received,, no its more than * months,, but they are not responding and have deleted my account my compl few days they have responded over my email but no confirmation of my refund....m so tired with them and chasing for my money
