Cleartrip and Indigo - Refund not received after cancellation of flight ticket

Sir, I have the honour to inform you that I had a booking with Indigo Flight vide no.*E-*** bearing PNR no.BKFBKD from Guwahati to Hyderabad for ** (four) passengers which was fixed on **/**/****. The total cost of these ** (four) tickets was Rs.*****.**. But due to nationwide lockdown for Covid-** pandemic, the flight was cancelled by the airline authority.
However, apart from convenience fee, company has deducted Rs.*****.** as cancellation fee and refunded Rs.****.** only which is non-convincing.
The complaint of the same was raised in Airsewa.gov.in on **/**/**** vide complain ID-WG****** & again on **/**/**** vide complain ID-CZ******. I was given assurance from them saying that the money was already refunded to the travel agent. However, till today I have not received any kind of such refund into my bank account.
You are requested kindly to examine this and help me to get my refund.
