have booked flight from Chandigarh to kochi on **nd oct ****. And until now (*th Feb ****) I have not yet received any refund from travolook. I am only getting mails that they will refund it but never actually got refund. Reading all comments it seems like scam from travolook. Whenever I call customer care, they neither pick call nor they will call back. They will keep you on waiting for * min and call will get cut automatically. If by any chance they pick up they will reply saying that wait for * more working days or technical issue. Iam very concerned about my money.
