I had booked a one way tickets Nagpur-Goa using HappyEasyGo but Airlines had cancelled my tickets hence I initiated a cancelations request with them on *rd of October. Today ** days has competed but still not received any refund from company.
I have submitted all the proofs which included a confirmation that airlines has already transfer the money to HappyEasyGo but they are not refunding the amount.
I am continuously following up on emails as well as calling customer service but every time they are giving false hopes asking to wait another * working days.
I am not satisfied with their customer service and fraud nature of company hence I would like to file a compliant against them.
Please look into my complaint.
