We asked for a refund after canceling air India ticket on *th august ****. The ticket was booked from Mumbai to London on *th September, I canceled the ticket due to a change of plans. After calling and emailing the Air India customer service they did not refund my ticket but the status on their dashboard displayed refunded. I even called my credit card company to check any incoming transactions but there were none. Now we are stuck with calling and emaling the airlines with no ends to meet.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
