I ordered several clothes from Myntra in October and November but due to fitting and material issues, I had to return a few of the items among them. I did all of my payments online via UPI and the refund was to be done in the same original manner. I received a refund for some of my clothes but the refund for * clothes has not been done yet. I even talked to their customer services and they told me that they have processed my refund but I haven't been shown in my account yet in January **** also. Even when I called the bank customer care, they also told me that the company have not processed the refund. Repeated follow-ups with the company also have been of no use.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
