I had booked a flight from bangalore to kolkata to travel on **th april **** via yatra. But due to extension of lockdown, the airlines cancelled the flight. My flight booking was under yatra cancellation protection as well.

I sent a lot of mails to them but no solution from their end. They just want to buy some time from the customers. Being a girl, left alone in a city, away from home,trying to buy tickets and everytine the flights getting cancelled and the money is getting stuck, it's getting too difficult.
I need the refund of the ticket from yatra ASAP! i have complained before in voxya, again I'm posting. Please help me out!
