I had booked a flight for **th April from bangalore to kolkata and airlines cancelled the flight due to COVID-**.

The same was under cancellation protection policy from yatra. In their app, they have stated that the refund has been initiated and to check after **hrs. Many **hre gone and zillion follow ups made but still no sight of refund.
It's been a month now but nothing recieved from their end. I have waited too long, now i want my refund to be initiated without any further delay.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
