Booked a round trip flight via Cleartrip .
For which I never received a PNR,but the amount debited from my account. When I asked them about the problem they keep on telling me that their server is having some issue,can’t check or solve my problem.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
