Maine ** July **** ko GoBoult Tenet Pro ANC earbuds (Crimson Red) ke liye ₹*** ka pre-order (Exotic Mile Private Limited) kiya tha. Kuch delivery issues aur delay ki wajah se maine ** July aur ** July **** ke beech company ko cancellation aur refund ke liye multiple emails bheje.
GoBoult ki policy ke mutabik prepaid cancellations ka refund **-** hours mein milna chahiye, lekin ab tak mujhe na toh koi response mila hai aur na hi refund. Main multiple baar customer care par sampark karne ki koshish kar chuka hoon par koi samadhan nahi mila.
