Placed two orders with culture circle, took delivery of one of the orders - upon opening the package the product was a fake, and refused to take delivery of the second order. I reached out to the customer care and provided all the evidence that it was fake. They finally agreed and arranged for a reverse pick up - this was returned to them after ** days and since then I have been going back and forth with them for my refund which still has not been received.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
