Pawan Kumar filed complaint against Amazon on Mar 2, 2026
I purchased Puma Mens Snatch V* Black-White Sneaker (* UK) from Amazon for ₹*,*** (Cash on Delivery). I returned the product within the return period. The delivery associate verified the item at pickup and it was marked as “Received” on * February in my Amazon account.
After more than ** days, my refund was not processed. Amazon later claimed that a different item was received at the warehouse. I strongly deny this allegation because I returned the exact same product that was delivered to me. The product was verified at pickup, and any issue after that is beyond my control.
Despite contacting Amazon and submitting an appeal, my legitimate refund of ₹*,*** has been denied. I am suffering financial loss and mental harassment due to this unfair action. I request intervention for refund processing and proper investigation.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
