I ordered Samsung s** ultra *G (**GB RAM + *** GB Storage) Titanium
Black mobile phone from Amazon On **th December ****.
Its order number is ***-*******-******* for this order I paid to amazon Rs. *,**,***. This order was delivered on **th December ****.
After receiving the product, I found that the mobile phone was other country version but in Amazon app description it shows Indian version, then I complaint about this matter to Amazon CS.
Amazon CS said that you must visit local nearby Samsung costumer service and give us to denial letter in hardcopy or in mail for this product service then we will do further process otherwise we will not do any help.
Then, I visited service center as per amazon instruction and got the denial letter on **th December ****.
Then after on **th December **** I gave them denial letter so then Amazon arranged pickup and the product was picked up on **th December **** by their pickup partner.After pick up product was return to amazon on *rd January **** as per in App shown status.Then after number of calls to amazon CS for refund they told me after investigation completed by *th
January **** and your refund will be initiated. Then I call back again on *th January **** because refund not initiated till noon, and in call they said your returned item is not same as we delivered item so, we cannot refund your money.
After some conversation I ask them that if you cannot refund my money then gave back which product you received in return. But in this conversation, they denial to do this also. And they cut the call from their side without giving appropriate answer.
In this all conversation they said we not received return same product which they send to me. But in their application status shown that, “Your return is likely lost in-transit, Do not worry! Our Customer
Service can help you regarding the refund.”
So, their call information and App information cannot match.
After that I visited Amazon pickup partner and they give me return product photos and Tracking report. They told me that product packed as per Amazon return instructions and delivered to seller on *rd January ****. But Amazon cs denied to refund which is clear case of fraud. As per Amazon Policy refund initiated within ** days of pickup but refund not initiated and now they denied for refund. Its unfair practice and cheating with customer by Amazon.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
