MOHIT VERMA filed complaint against Amazon Seller Services Private Limited on Mar 4, 2026

Amazon took money from me dated on ** February **** and didn't delivered my package.
They usually charged ₹**/- extra for one day delivery for non-prime members.
I'm prime member of Amazon so this charge is included in my prime membership, still they didn't delivered my package on time.

I called the customer service team several times, and every time they told me to wait for **-** hours .

And on **/**/**** when I again call the customer service team, they are saying we cannot delivered your package we will refund this amount.

After ** days using my money they are saying this to me that too when I called them.
They didn't informed me from their end.

So I request you to please take the necessary action against them.
I'm attaching the order details and invoice copy for your reference.
