Jiomart - Refund not received

I have order Avro chair pack of * but i rhave received damage chair, so have returned the same, return pickup on *th Dec by delivery *th Dec by Delhivery *RELIANCE SURFACE* AWB: *************** , received by warehouse on **th Dec. When i have not received refund i raise ticket , ticket no *************,on **th dec but again on i received a email stating issue resolved but i have not any refund, *nd time again i call raise but complain but on **rd again i received email query resolved, *rd time again i call raise complaint ,again received received email on **th issue resolved but refund not received, *th time again i call to raise complaint , again i received email on **th Dec query resolved but refund not received.*th time i have raise a complaint but still no reply and no refund.plz help
