My name is Eshan Goyal,
I had placed an order for Crocs Bayaband White (Order ID: *********).on **/**/****.
However, upon receiving the parcel today, I found that I was sent a Classic Sandal V* Taupe instead.
I requested them to please initiate a refund or arrange to send the correct product (Crocs Bayaband White).
For which they agreed for refund.
They picked up product after second attempt on **/**/****.
Even after receving the product at there end, they are not initating the refund, and saying that they will check with finance department and get back to me. its being almost one month since i palced the order and they are enjoying the hard earned money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
