Crocs India Private Limited - Refund Not Recieved fro past 50 days

I ordered a pair of Crocs Baya Clogs (size **) on *th April ****. I received the product on **th April **** and paid Rs. *,***.** by cash. Due to a sizing issue, I initiated a return on the same day (**th April ****), but the item was finally picked up on **th April ****.To date, I have not received my refund. For the past ** days, I have been repeatedly calling Crocs customer service and sending emails. Each time, I receive the exact same response: 'We have forwarded your concern on a priority basis and are aiming to resolve the issue at the earliest.'It is unacceptable that a brand of this scale is struggling to process a simple refund. I am extremely frustrated and expect an immediate resolution.
