Crocs India Private Limited - Item returned but money not refunded

I ordered one sandal from Crocs on August **, ****, which was delivered to me, and then I returned the product. The return pickup was arranged by CROCS, and it got picked up on September **, ****. Today is September **, ****, and I have not received any return. They are saying they are not going to initiate the refund until and unless the product has reached their warehouse. I can see from the given tracking ID (https://shiprocket.co/tracking/R*********KR) that the product has reached Mumbai on the **th of September ****, and after that there is no movement. They are intentionally blocking my hard-earned money due to their own courier's fault. I want you to take strict necessary action so that they initiate the refund ASAP.
