Your Swiggy order #*************** has been cancelled . You will be charged Rs ***.* as cancellation fee.
I had placed a parcel order on Swiggy for an amount of ₹***. However, due to an unexpected family issue, I had to cancel the parcel within a minute of placing the order.
To my surprise, I was informed that the amount will not be refunded as it is considered a cancellation fee.
I fail to understand how such a high cancellation fee can be charged for an order cancelled within a minute. This seems extremely unfair, especially when no service was availed.
I request you to kindly review the situation and initiate a refund.
Looking forward to a positive response.
