Foomer - Refund not received

I ordered a shirt from the Foomer's website for my friend but it didn't fit well, so i initiated a return request and a refund. They have received the shirt but still i haven't received my refund amount. They told me that i will receive the refund amount within *-* days from the day the received the article back it was ** october. It has been more than ** days and now the Foomer company has stopped responding to my emails and calls.
