*. I am filing a complaint against Zomato regarding the non-refund of my money for order ID ********** placed on **th May. They assured me that the refund would be processed by the **nd, but upon checking my account, I have not received it.
*. Despite visiting the bank as advised, I have confirmed that the money has not been refunded. The bank has attempted to contact Zomato regarding this issue, but they have not responded. This matter requires urgent attention.
