I tried placing an order with Swiggy on **th March amounting to Rs ***. The order did not get through but the amount was debited from my account. Regarding this, I tried reaching out to nearly * of the customer service executives. Two at least tried to resolve and told me that they have raised the refund request but the rest did even respond properly. Those executives did not even have the patience to wait for the customer response before that they just closed the chat. It's been more than ** days and I have been following up with them but still, I haven't received my refund yet.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
