I had enrollment for my son for a long-term course after a lollypop of crash course of ** rs . I have received call from mentor Dipanshu Jain (**********) and Shruti Singh. They assured me that class would begin in two days, but after two days had passed without receiving a response, they both stopped returning my calls.When I attempted again, they started demanding more money. When I refused to pay more and requested a refund, I continued to receive bogus promises from him. Till date I am waiting for refund not received any response from support@pigeonedu.com or number mentioned on oda site.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
