i have ordered Jabra Elite Active **t True Wireless Earbuds and Charging Case with one
Touch Amazon Alexa (Copper Blue) due to non working of the product i raised a request to return the product. Amazon authorised blue dart to pick up the product but due to some internal issue my product is delivered to another vendor who has duly received the product but Amazon is not acknowledging and returning my money.
my responsibility is to return the product to the the authorised person of Amazon which duly complied. Documents attached herewith.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
