I purchased an Asus laptop i* ** generation worth ***** and upon delivery I found that the charger and cord missing. I requested for a refund and compensation. After repeated chats and mails , my return pickup was scheduled but cancelled multiple times because charger and cord was missing. I was asked to give the charger and cord by myself. I was mentally and monetarily harassed, humiliated. On **st October the pickup was done but now they are not giving my refund. They are not contacting as well.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
