Timbl Broadband - Refund not received

Hi, i have registered for Timbl services for wireless connection. This brand is a total waste of money and have irritated me a lot during my registration throughtout. I have faced internet shutdown for more than *-* days after every ** days. Infact their executives are so ill mannered that they never provide us with the right information nor they have transferred the call to the senior executive. Wjen finally i asked them for the refund because they were unsuccessful to provide me with internet facility for the whole month so i asked them the refund. After hundreds of calls to executives and area manager they got me connected to someone named Ashish who confirmed me that they will pay me something and will get back to me with a proper response. Asusual i have got nothing from them but for fake legal notices from the broadband company. I am so shocked and stunned that they are just sending me those emails without even looking at the reply I have sent them on the same email. And they say that they will take legal actions against me because i an not intending to return their router, WOW! Someone please tell them i will come to your office to return that small useless plastic piece they will have to contact me obviously. I have waited for such a long period for the call back but it seems like they never care for their regular or EX customers.
