I accidentally did a booking with full payment (rs.***.**) on the wrong dates in the agoda site , and hence I cancelled the booking immediately.
I received an Email confirmation regarding the refund, and agoda mentioned refunding the whole amount back. It has been a week since I've waited for my refund. I have received nothing yet and its putting me in a very difficult situation.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
