I ordered a few items from dunzo amd unfortunately it got cancelled by seller due to unavailability of those items. I received a message from dunzo saying that refund has been initiated and will be credited to your account in *-* business days. But it's been * days till now. Tried contacting the customer support but I am always getting the same automated response that refund has been initiated and will be reflected in your account in *-* business days. Please help on the same so that I get my refund amount back by dunzo.
