I had ordered a Voltage Stabiliser along with a Split AC from TataCliq website on **th April ****. Order Number *********. Before product delivery, I cancelled the Stabiliser and had asked for refund. Although the TataCliq website shows Refund Successful, I have not yet received refund. I have called multiple times TataCLiQ customer care but there is no resolution yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
