Happyfares in - Refund not received

I booked a flight through happyfares but just before a day of my travel when I tried to do the web checkin it showed that the PNR number was not valid so I contacted the customer service and got to know that the flight had been canceled by the airline (AirAsia).
They said that I’ll receive the refund for the same in *-* business days.
It’s been almost a month now, after countless calls and mails later I haven’t received any refund or and update on it either.
