I cancelled an air india ticket within ** hours of booking and as per their official guidelines, I am eligible for full refund. Its been more than a month and I have not received money in my account. They keep telling me that refund is processed and ask me to contact the bank, but they don’t give any transaction number to contact with bank.
Also, looking at multiple people complaining here, it seems like even with the transaction number, people are not able to track their money and some of them are waiting for their money from as long as * year.
Air India please refund back the money, as its not a small amount and some of us have to book new tickets and need money for that too.
