I returned the order on *th september and the amount is yet not refunded, now when calling they are saying that it ahs been refunded from there side. How is that possible that i haven't received it if they have given it, Ajio ised to be better and quick earlier, now they don't even respond to the emails. It really need to employ more efficient employees, literally very poor customer service. Didn't expected this from such a reputed company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
