I have booked a room and i was travelling from kerala to mangalore. I went to the hotel for check-in and was denied because the age limit for staying is **+ in mangalore for other state ID’s. There was no information that a person should be **+ to stay at a hotel and i was stuck because i have payed ****rs for the room and i was denied staying there. I’m a student and this was the worst experience! I asked for refund and they said no refund is available! The hotel manager also spoke to the oyo executive and the problem was not resolved!

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
