Travolook is an online flight ticket booking website. However, they are creating a fraud. They make customer book the
flight ticket. However, post payment of the money, the customer gets a message that reservation cancelled. However, they
don't refund the customer money.
I paid via Citibank Credit Card a sum of Rs.**** on June-**nd. However, neither my ticket got booked nor the company has refunded the amount.
Request you to look into this matter. There are several other customers like me who have
been cheated in a similar form.
Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
