I had ordered merchandise on **th of Feb **** from the H&M mobile app and paid via UPI. H&M cancelled my order within some time and sent me a cancellation email stating they had not received the money. When I showed them the proof from my bank and UPI, they said they did receive the money but had technical issues so they could not refund the amount, but my order stood cancelled. It has been ** days since I've been requesting for my refund but they keep delaying it stating various errors and issues on their part. The latest update they have given me is that my order was not cancelled at all, so they need more time to process my refund, but they refuse to give me my merchandise or my money.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
