Mr. Khondpan filed complaint against H&M Western (INDIA) Private Limited on Jan 31, 2026
I received a product of H&M on **/**/****, Order number#*********** which was an incorrect faulty item. I ordered a bomber jacket & delivered with H&M hoodie instead, then it was informed to the customer support team to register and initiate a refund. Since it was picked up on **/**/**** from delhivery, till date I am not getting any sort of answer as what had happened with the return order.
I have followed back more than ** times and i get responded back with the same message of **/** days policy. Even if ask the customer support, nobody has ever provided any other information.
It is very annoying to be held in such situations, kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Please find attached of what was ordered and delivered.
