H&M Western (INDIA) Private Limited - refund of my order

H&M has let me down this time for sure . So i placed an order on ** july and i used to track my order and i saw that my order was not dispatching and then i thought of contacting their customer service so they told me that wait for * days it will surely reach you . After * days when i didn't get my order and it was showing the same i again contacted them and i came to know that the warehouse had a trouble and they had to cancel my order so they filled a case on ** i even talked to their senior member at that day and they were sorry for the inconvinence caused to me and he told me to wait for * days for the refund after * days i got an email from them that the case was resolved but i didn't get my refund not even an email of initating a refund so i again contacted them then i was told that the case was about the cancellation of my order so my question is to them is why i am filling a case of cancellation when the fault is all yours and this should have been cancelled already and the main thing is of initating a refund not even getting a refund they can't even initate a refund . so then again they filled a case of refund this time on * august . I again got an email of case being resolved after * days . today is * august and today i asked them the same thing that the case is resolved why their is no email about initating a refund and they told me that i have to wait for another * or * days just for initating an email i dont know what case did they resolved but the situation is all same in my H&M aplication the order is still in progress i haven't got any email about refund i dont know i will even get the refund or not but my time is surely being consumed by this company and their poor customer service and IT team .
