I have purchase from zara of rs ***** and i partially returned the items due to size issues .few days later my return was accepted and received an email regarding the refund of rs **** but its been a month now money is not credited to my bank account..i have frequently contacted zara and asked for reference number but they have not provided yet ..please help me to get my refund..
