Neetu Kaushal filed complaint against Amazon Prime on Mar 2, 2022
We have placed an order for Samsung mobile on **th September,****. Order ID: ***-*******-******* value rupees *,*** and payment was made via BHIM UPI successfully. Due to delay in delivery from Amazon, we got the delivery cancelled and requested for refund. Since that day until today, multiple follow-up have been done by us through emails, calls and twitter but we so have not received our money back. I demand my money back and compensation for mental stress and pathetic service.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
