amazon prime - Refund not issued for Order

The issue that I have experienced was: Order was supposed to be delivered on **Mar. There was literally no response/update though the order was never delivered till date. Amazon.in Does not allow order to be cancelled due to technical issues. There was no proper, adequate response from customer service team on the basic question "What date will the customer get the refund". Already, my bank had been debited with the money and i had paid to my bank. Considering the delay, i am enduring the interest on this amount ++ I had never ever received the product nor a basic response.
