My deep dissatisfaction with my recent order #***-*******-*******. I placed this order on the understanding that I would receive it on **th March, ****, thanks to my Amazon Prime subscription, which I paid for specifically to receive faster deliveries. However, despite the status of the order showing that it has been delivered, I have yet to receive it.
I immediately raised a complaint with customer service team, hoping for a quick resolution. However, I was disappointed to be told that I would have to wait for three working days before any further action could be taken. This is completely unacceptable. If I wanted to wait for so long, then why would I have purchased an Amazon Prime subscription in the first place?
I have come to expect a high level of service from Amazon, and this experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. I am now left without the product I paid for, and without any clear indication of when or if it will arrive.
