Sindhu filed complaint against Tata Cliq on Sep 2, 2020
I ordered a laptop in Tatacliq on **th august **** and received the product on **th august ****. Immediately I opened and tried to check if everything works fine. But unfortunately the product was not working fine and I placed a return request on **th august ****. But they said they can approve the return only if I submit a job sheet from HP team stating the product has some fault. With lot of struggle and frequent talk with HP, I got the jobsheet and sent it to Tatacliq on August **. Then they took * more days to pick up the product that too after frequent calling and struggle. The product is picked up for return on **th August. Now for refund I am struggling and making multiple calls, but no response from them. They are making me wait for solid * hour in the line to connect the call to a representative still no answer. I am worried about my refund now. Kindly help
