Trip id ***********, PNR XKNT*G. We cancelled this booking and were eligible for full refund. CR department of Indigo airlines is saying that they have refunded amount of **** to your account on **th July ****. However we haven't received such refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
