I have booked flight tickets thru goibbo PNR U*NQKL & PNR F**EMS travel dates *th April **** and **th April **** due to lockdown travel was banned .Airline first offered credit shell I have spoken to the airline and requested refund as iam not a frequent traveler and don't have plans of travelling to avail credit shell the airline was kind enough to accept my request and confirmed to me thru email that my refund is processed and provided to Goibibo and advised me to get in touch with goibibo ,but whenever I write to goibibo or try to call there is no response please help in getting my refund
