I made a Group Booking for a marriage party travelling from Baroda to Lucknow (via Delhi) and return for **-** May ****. After Jet Airways proposing impossible flight connections (i.e. first flight arriving after second flight leaving), I had to cancel my bookings. After cancelling, the Jet Airways staff kept on saying that the amount is in processing with accounts team however the money never got through. After that, they filed for bankruptcy. As a result, I filled the official claim forms as described on their website in June in a letter by Ashish Chhawchharia ((IBBI/IPA-***/IP-P*****/****-**/*****) Interim Resolution Professional). Even after several followups there is now no response from Jet Airways or Mr.Chhawchharia and absolutely no sign of the refund amount! The booking was made directly via their own Jetairways Group booking desk therefore they have no one else to blame for sure!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
