We had booked a full Bogie (Compartment) in Train, that time they had taken ***** deposit amount which they sid they will return after completing the journey. they even took the bank details from us ad they will refund the deposited amount but they not given us any refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
