Yashvardhan Sejwal filed complaint against Goibibo on May 7, 2019
I had booked a hotel for my wife on **th April **** at "OYO Townhouse *** Sector **, Gurgaon" through a mobile application know as "Goibibo". Upon reaching the hotel at night **:** am my wife was denied entry as the gates were closed for the service road and there was no way to reach the hotel. It was unsafe of an alone woman to walk at night in the city of Gurgaon. Upon raising the issue with Goibibo it was confirmed that refund will be provided and the hotel will be blacklisted. I have still not got my refund of Rs. **** and no status was provided on the service request. Please help in getting my refund back as we had not stayed at the hotel.
As per the email from the Goibibo, they have committed to providing the resolution in * hour (attached) and a penalty of goCash plus at INR *** per * hour(s) of delay since the issue is raised.
