I booked a car through Goibibo. They gave me confirmation but failed to provide me the car at pickup time(on ** novemeber ****). After wasting around half an hour on call with them. They said they can not provide the vehicle and asked me to book an alternate vehicle and assured that they will reimburse me the bill.
I incurred Rs. **** extra. Detailed calculation and copy of bill mailed to goibibo on the same day. Then negotiations begin, Firstly they offered me Rs. ***. Then they come to Rs. ****. But not refunded a single penny till date. I have wasted my ample of time with them.
I need my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
