I booked air tickets on **th Feb, **** for Jet Airlines via Goibio.

Its been ** months now and they are not refunding amount.
Total amount I paid = Rs *,**,***
I followed multiple times but no action taken on it from Goibibo. It clearly seems that they are not interested in refunding the amount.
