I ordered from swiggy and that order was paid via debit card and the restaurant didnot confirmed my order so i have to cancel that order after discussing same with executive. Now its being * days they havent refunded my money but they are saying they have refund but i confirmed with the bank authority also they are saying that no refund has been initiated by swiggy
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
